Transnational Think Tank Session
First Transnational Project Meeting and Transnational Think Tank Session in Ljubljana, Slovenia
The WELLBOOST kick-off meeting and the first Transnational Think Tank Session were held on 18–19 November 2025 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, hosted by YHO. The meeting brought together representatives of all partner organizations to officially launch the implementation of the project.
Alongside the project launch activities, partners participated in the Transnational Think Tank Session, dedicated to analyzing the needs of Ukrainian secondary students in European schools and identifying the key life skills and psychosocial wellbeing challenges that should be addressed through the project. During the session, the consortium discussed the structure of the Digital Life Skills Simulator, the application of the scenario-based methodology for life-skills self-assessment, and the key functionalities of the platform. Partners exchanged experience, reviewed existing practices for supporting refugee students, and explored approaches for developing educational resources.
As project coordinator, AMIGA introduced the overall project structure, management procedures, financial monitoring requirements, reporting obligations, and communication channels that will guide the implementation of the project. Tetra presented the Quality Assurance and Impact Plan and facilitated discussions on monitoring procedures and quality standards.
UL presented the conceptual framework for the life-skills self-assessment methodology and the educational content that will be integrated into the Digital Life Skills Simulator. Tetra introduced the initial concept of the simulator platform, including its structure, functionalities, multilingual features and accessibility requirements. Partners also discussed the organization of stakeholder co-creation activities and the next steps in the development process. DSEC led discussions on dissemination, communication, visibility, and sustainability, including the first concepts for the project website and promotional materials.
The meeting concluded with an agreement on the next implementation steps, monthly coordination meetings, and preparations for the second transnational partner meeting in Chania, Greece.
